Breeder has the right to retain any kid, even if reserved.

First, Thank you for your interest in Lakes Dream Nigerian Dwarf Goats.

​

There is no fee in order to be on a wait list for any unborn kid. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold/reserve a born kid or an adult. Deposit must be received by 7 days of the said chosen adult/kid or we will move to the next person.

Any Reserved kid must be paid in FULL by the time it is 8 weeks old. In the case you are looking for a bottle baby Full amount is due by 4 weeks (in order to reserve a BB you must have had 1+ years min. of goat experience.) If the kid has not been paid in full at set age or arranged for pick up date, any previous payments will be forfeited. All dam raised kids must be picked up by 10 weeks of age unless previously discussed.

 

All Sales are final. In the event the buyer chooses to sell a Lakes Dream goat in the future, We request first right to refusal.

When adult/kid is picked up, we only accept payment in cash. Deposits are accepted via Paypal or Check(must clear bank before goat will leave our property.)

All Breeding stock is tested for CL, CAE, and Johnes every year. We have always tested negative. With every animal that leaves the property will get a copy of the dam/sires test.

We reserve the right to sell to anyone. You must have a goat already if you just buy one. We reserve the right to ask for proof. In the event you don't you can buy 2. Goats are herd animals and can not live by them selves. In the event you purchase multiple goats we will give a small discount. Every goat will leave with paperwork and a feed ration list if the said goat is on feed. Every Goat will be disbudded unless asked not to(in the event i don't disbud the goat they will need to be paid in full.)

We use Muddy Creek Vet Located in Fawn Grove, PA.

Discounts available to homes that show, participate in Linear Appraisal, and/or milk test.

All animals are guaranteed healthy when they leave our property. We also guarantee fertility and will replace any infertile animal contingent upon receiving a veterinarian's statement that the infertility was genetic in origin and the animal received adequate care. Since we cannot control any stress that may occur as a result of shipping, or the animal's environment or management once it leaves our farm, we cannot offer further guarantees. However, we do wish you to be happy with your purchase and are willing to provide advice and assistance, where possible, with any issues you may encounter.
